We are looking for highly motivated employee to join Desing team.
We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist. 

Desing is seeking skilled professionals.
This position is focused on working with our direct customers and distributors.

The responsibilities of the Sales Support Specialist is to assists clients through each step of the sales process, helping them resolve any concerns or questions they may have while processing, tracking and shipping orders efficiently.

Job description:

• Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with clients
• Performing data entry duties in regard to metrics, sales figures and other key data
• Expediting requests rush orders and altering sales orders and shipping information as required
• Provide customer service by staying on top of pending orders and customer requests
• Help troubleshoot problems with customer orders, customer accounts and other related issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, production and quality assurance in the company
• Provide the sales team with data reports and sales guides
• Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies

The candidate should have the following key skills/experience:

• Ability to deliver high-level service to all international customers and communicate effectively
• Strong analytical and multitasking skills
• Highly organized and efficient
• Proficient with MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Background (Bachelor degree)
• Experience in the food production industry is considered an advantage
