SAP Architect

Key Responsibilities of the role:

• Providing technical expertise and advice on SAP architecture and making recommendations to improve performance.
• Manage technical architecture analysis, design, build, test and deploy for Development, Execution, Operations & Infrastructure Architecture.
• Create an implementation project plan outlining solution approach, timeline, resource plan etc.
• Lead the development of new capabilities or service offerings within SAP BTP and SAP S/4HANA including the design and deployment of integrated end-to-end solutions
• As part of the application development team, take the lead in solving technical challenges with industry best practices
• Determine the impact of modifications and enhancements to applications and assist with identifying integration points and the end-to-end solution design
• Support cost/benefit analysis to align technology solutions to business strategy
• Participate in pre-sales activities as a technical architect and be ready to advocate a solution proposal

Key Skills of the role:

• Extensive understanding of SAP S/4 HANA and related SAP products, as well as interfaces with other related systems and underlying database technologies.
• Ideally experience/understanding with ABAP, BTP, S/4 HANA system conversation and/or cloud migration, as well as integration technologies.
• Experience in managing a complex SAP landscape/environment that supports core business functions in accordance with SAP and industry best practices.
• Experience with multiple full life cycle SAP implementations, integrations, upgrades and support projects.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and a willingness to embrace new technologies.
