For our client Grammer Business Centre a newly established Global Business Center based in Niš, we are seeking an experienced SAP System and Application Coordinator GTS who will be a part of the initial team as they have launched their new state-of-the-art business center with modern amenities.

As an initial team member, you will have a unique chance to influence processes, and strategies, and to work on globally diverse and challenging projects.
What are your main tasks?
- Support the SAP system GTS (Global Trade Service)
- Support the GTS processes for export management, import management, compliance checks and sanctioned party screening
- Act as in-house IT functional consultant to implement and support special customs procedures
- Create, implement, and optimize technical solutions for new and existing SAP rollouts
- Design test concepts and ensure sufficient testing in accordance with change management procedures
- Support interfaces to other SAP systems such as SAP-HCM
- Implement ‘as-is’ process analyses and develop ‘to-be’ target concepts
- Execute training courses and briefings for process managers
- Manage external consultants during new and existing project implementations
- Management of SAP projects as sub-project manager
- Act as third-level support to analyze and eliminate malfunctions
What are your qualifications?
- Expert knowledge in SAP GTS customizing
- Deep knowledge of the GTS / customs- business processes
- Deep knowledge of SAP mass data imports (lsmw…)
- Deep knowledge of SAP data distribution models
- Basic knowledge of SAP ABAP coding (debugging…)
- Several years of project or consulting experience on the corporate or service provider side in the area of SAP customs management / GTS
- Fluent English required
- German as a 3rd language is considered advantageous
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated strong business partnering skills
