Main Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain the plant SCADA system, ensuring smooth operations.
• Support IoT, MES, and PLC-related projects, including upgrades and issue resolution.
• Communicate with clients to gather requirements, demonstrate solutions, and provide technical advice.
• Keep detailed documentation, records, and feedback to improve system reliability and knowledge sharing
• Collaborate with plant and development teams on change requests, demand analysis, and technology improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of SCADA systems, PLCs, and IoT technologies.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills with customer oriented mindset.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
