Security Centre Technician (CSC Technician)

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a CSC Technician, you will be:

• 24/7 point of contact for assigned (internal and external) security customers and processes,
• Monitor all information presented in the CSC:
  • Video surveillance feeds,
  • Physical security alarms from technical security systems (intrusion alarms, fire alarms, etc.),
  • Fraud detection and information security alarms,
  • Management of the Access control system and Time and attendance system
  • Utilization of special technical support systems,

• Responds to alarms and information according to available resources, CSC instructions, and management guidelines,
• Forwards all relevant information requiring activation of specialized response team members in a timely, accurate, and concise manner according to guidelines and instructions,
• Maintains a log of events, incidents, observations, and alarms related to activities within CSC,
• Configuration and setup of all technical equipment within various security systems
• Design and printing of ID cards and integration of them into the corresponding systems,
• Equipment failure problem solving, logging, and reporting,
• Application of all relevant ISO standards in operational work (such as ISO 27001, 27701, 22301).

All the above you will be doing as a part of the CSC team, collaborating and consulting with vendor/consulting organizations and members of other departments in Cetin and other related third parties.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience and working knowledge in the physical and technical security area, or experience in using applications and SW tools relevant for security, such as those used for managing and monitoring access control systems, CCTV, and other tools used for security alarm monitoring in general,
• Working in shifts (24/7/365),
• Preferably:
  • experience in using CCTV or access control systems tools, as well as equipment monitoring apps, used for control of correct operation and functionality of equipment,
  • experience in designing and printing ID cards,
• High School degree,
• Good at prioritizing tasks - quick decision making and prompt response to high-priority tasks,
• Strong ethics, confidentiality, and high integrity character,
• Team player, capable of working independently,
• Good understanding of basic security principles,
• Preferably: good understanding English language (both verbal and written).
