We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with a proven track record in international accounting who is ready to tackle complex financial challenges and optimize our worldwide processes.

What you'll do

• Posting and managing all accounting transactions.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
• Controlling financial transactions and documents.
• Compliance with tax policies and regulations.

Must-haves

• 5+ years of work experience as an Accountant.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the GAAP and IAS.
• Experience in US or EU accounting is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software (like QuickBooks, etc.).
• Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables.
• Experience with general ledger functions.
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
• BSc in Accounting or relevant degree.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to work in CET timezone.
• Fluent in Ex-Yu languages (Serbian, Bosnian, Croatian, Montenegrin).

• Experience in consolidating financial statements.
• Experience with Stripe.
