About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Business Developer with 5+ years of experience in IT sales or business development to join our growing team in Novi Sad.

If you’re driven, communicative, and ready to take ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, this is a great opportunity to make a direct impact in a fast growing tech company.

Your Responsibilities

- Build and manage a sales pipeline - from lead generation to deal closure
- Identify and contact potential clients and partners via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email, and other outreach tools
- Create and manage prospecting campaigns (cold email/call and LinkedIn)
- Develop and deliver compelling business presentations and proposals
- Collaborate closely with the business development and marketing teams
- Maintain accurate records using the CRM system
- Stay informed about IT industry trends and Codolis’ service portfolio
- Familiarity with AI tools and technologies used in Sales workflow

What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in IT sales, or IT business development
- Excellent written and spoken English is required. Knowledge of German is a plus
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- A proactive, results oriented mindset
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, sales automation and AI tools is a plus
