Senior Full-Stack Developer / Product Owner (AI SaaS)

OFFICE-BASED/ FULL-TIME

About the role

We are building a focused AI-powered SaaS product from our office in Belgrade.

You will act as a Senior Full-Stack Developer and Product Owner in a small, high-impact team.

Software development is done using the BMAD Method and Claude Code for AI-assisted development.

You are responsible for both implementation and product decisions, prioritization and operational ownership.

Your Mission:

• Define product vision, MVP scope and roadmap;
• Prioritize features based on user value and cost;
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria;
• Interface with external marketing partners;
• Design and maintain SaaS architecture;
• Backend and frontend development;
• AI integration using Claude Code and LLM APIs;
• Own cloud services, deployments and monitoring;
• Control infrastructure and AI costs.

What You Bring:

• 6+ years professional software development experience;
• Strong full-stack background;
• Experience with structured development methods (BMAD or similar);
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools (Claude, Copilot, etc.);
• SaaS and cloud experience;
• Strong decision-making skills;
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
