We are seeking a Senior ICT Product Manager to join our Business Division. In this role, you will oversee off-the-shelf ICT products and services that support our business customers, ensuring they provide meaningful value and align with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Product Lifecycle Management:

• Define product vision, roadmap, and strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Manage product development from concept to launch and continuous improvement.

Lead Collaboration:

• Work closely with internal teams across company to deliver seamless solutions.
• Support sales with product-related information and training.
• Ensure seamless cooperation with vendors.

Monitor & Improve:

• Track product KPIs, ensure compliance, and propose enhancements in processes and products itself.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management on product performance and future plans.

Stay Ahead:

• Stay informed about ICT trends relevant to our business products.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Skills & Qualifications

Essential:

• A university degree (IT or TELCO background is a strong plus).
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Solid knowledge of Security, Connectivity, or Cloud products/solutions.
• Experience in product or project management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with ICT service delivery or vendor management
• Excellent command of MS Office
• Fluency in English
