In our offices in Belgrade, we are continuing the expansion of our procurement team and are looking to strengthen it with an additional professional who will take on the role of:

Senior Procurement Expert (Pharmaceuticals)

Job Description:

• Finding new potential partners (manufacturers of finish dosage formulation/medicines) for specific products requested from sales team
• Establishes initial contact with new partners/manufacturers via email, LinkedIn, and phone
• Negotiate commercial terms and leads agreement drafting proces
• After agreement signing, maintains and develops relationships with all new partners
• On an annual basis, requests an updated portfolio from all new partners/manufacturers and stays informed about any new products they can offer
• Regularly updates all databases/tables
• Works on improving commercial terms with all signed manufacturers
• Implements the submission plan in cooperation with the regulatory team
• Performs other tasks within the scope of you work as assigned by the superior

Qualifications:

• University degree in business, economics, pharmaceuticals, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement in pharmaceuticals industry
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ready for international travels and business meetings across the globe
