Our requirements:
- To be responsible for coordination and leading projects.
- To create plan, organize team and manage project implementation in all the phases in agreed terms
- To provide the link between the client, development team and relevant third parties
- To have good knowledge of software developing methodologies.
- To understand testing methodologies and tools
- To manage resources on the projects
- To recognize, report and mitigate risks according to the plan (risk management)
- Support to business analysts in change management processes
- Projects reports to be produced for stakeholders showing progress against outstanding milestones, status, resource requirements, issues, risks and dependencies.
- Experience in managing IT projects for 5+ years
We expect:
- Strong analytical, observational and organizational skills in solving complex issues.
- Delivery focused
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Excellent client facing, communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal knowledge in English
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation.
- Ability to work independently and tightly with the team
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to demonstrate work progress during the project
