The Role
We’re looking for a Senior React Native Developer who can take ownership of our mobile app experience, from end-to-end: building, shipping, measuring, improving, and repeating. This is a “ship something that affects users this week" type of role. You’ll work with the development team to ship features used by thousands of learners preparing for high-stakes exams.
What You’ll Do
- Build new features in React Native (Expo) using TypeScript.
- Ship to production on both iOS and Android and handle updates through App Store / Google Play Console.
- Own in-app monetization, analytics, and attribution setup using tools like RevenueCat, PostHog, Appsflyer, Meta SDKs, etc.
- Improve performance, stability, and user experience of the mobile app.
- Collaborate with product and growth teams to move real metrics, not just close tickets.
- Debug, instrument, and iterate fast in a live environment with real users and real revenue.
Must-Have Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with React Native (Expo) and TypeScript.
- You’ve shipped and maintained real mobile apps (published apps in the App Store / Play Console).
- Working with subscriptions / in-app purchases (RevenueCat or similar).
- Analytics & event tracking (PostHog or similar).
- Mobile SDK integrations (Appsflyer, Meta, etc.).
- Comfortable owning features from idea to shipped build.
Nice to Have
- Backend experience with Node.js / Nest.js.
- DevOps exposure (Docker, CI/CD pipelines).
- Solid understanding of databases and data modeling.
- Growth mindset: interest in activation, retention, monetization.
