Senior Recruiter (Europe & USA)

Location: Belgrade, Serbia (On-site)

Compensation:

Base salary: €2,100 – €2,600 GROSS / month
Language premium:

• Spanish: +€200–300 gross / month
• German: +€150–250 gross / month
• Performance bonus (quarterly): €300–800 gross (KPI-based)

The Role

We are hiring a Senior Recruiter with proven experience in European and US markets to manage full-cycle recruitment for both local and international roles.

This role requires a recruiter who understands international hiring standards, works confidently with KPIs, and can deliver quality hires under time pressure. Knowledge of Spanish (highly preferred) or German is a strong advantage, as you will interact with international stakeholders and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Own the full recruitment cycle: role intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding coordination
Recruit for local (Serbia) and international (EU & USA) positions

Manage recruitment KPIs:

• time-to-hire
• quality of hire
• offer acceptance rate
• probation pass rate
• Partner with Head of HR, Head of Operations, and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate pipelines and ATS data
• Provide weekly recruitment reports and forecasts

Requirements

• Experience
• 3+ years of recruitment experience (5+ years preferred)
• Demonstrated experience recruiting in Europe and the United States
• Strong background in full-cycle recruitment

Languages

• English: C1+ (mandatory)
• Spanish: strong advantage (salary premium applied)
• German: advantage (salary premium applied)
