Senior Recruiter

Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Recruiter, to work onsite in our new office in Belgrade, lead end-to-end recruitment efforts across multiple departments and international markets.

This role requires strong ownership of the hiring process — from sourcing and screening to stakeholder management and offer coordination. The Senior Recruiter will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, helping scale teams efficiently while maintaining high-quality hiring standards in a fast-growing, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles across operations, sales, marketing, finance, and support
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring priorities, and timelines
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach
• Screen candidates through structured interviews and assess skills, cultural fit, and motivation
• Coordinate interview processes, feedback collection, and hiring decisions
• Manage candidate communication and ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the process
• Support offer preparation, negotiations, and onboarding handover
• Maintain accurate recruitment tracking and reporting in ATS and shared tools
• Continuously improve recruitment processes, templates, and sourcing strategies

Requirements

• 5+ years of international experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles and departments
• Ability to define job requirements in collaboration with hiring managers and translate needs into clear hiring criteria
• Experience drafting and optimizing job descriptions and job advertisements
• Strong experience creating and using interview scorecards and structured evaluation frameworks
• Proven ability to conduct first-round interviews, assess candidates effectively, and make clear recommendations to hiring managers
• Strategic mindset with the ability to think long-term about hiring plans and talent pipelines
• Hands-on experience using different job boards, LinkedIn, and proactive sourcing channel
• Fluent in English (minimum C1 level); additional languages are a plus
• Proficient with ATS systems and remote recruitment tools
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
