For one of our clients – an international company, leading game developer providing player- favourites to the most successful global brands in the iGaming industry, we are on a lookout for confident and energetic people for the role – Senior Workspace Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive efficient and compliant facility operations through smart planning and high operational standards;
• Lead and inspire the facilities team, ensuring strong performance, engagement, and development;
• Ensure buildings, equipment, and infrastructure are well maintained, safe, and fully compliant;
• Manage vendors and service partners to deliver quality, reliability, and value for money;
• Maintain excellent housekeeping and hygiene standards through regular checks and improvements;
• Control operational budgets and resources with a focus on efficiency and optimization;
• Partner with internal teams and provide clear insights and recommendations to leadership.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in facility management, ideally across multiple sites or regions;
• Proven ability to manage complex operations, budgets, and external service providers;
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced qualifications are an advantage;
• Strong knowledge of facility operations, safety, and hygiene standards;
• Confident leader with the ability to motivate teams and drive results;
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills;
• Professional-level English and confidence working with facility management systems and MS Office.
