We are looking for a motivated candidate to become a part of our Logistics team, on the position of:
Shipping & Logistic Specialist
Main responsibilities:
- Prepares, processes and archives documentation (import/export)
- Coordinates importexport transport related operations, prepares transport orders, organizes and monitors loading and unloading of vehicles
- Prepares Customs documentations, maintains contacts with transporting companies
- Posses in depth knowledge of all Customs procedures and makes preparation for Customs procedures
- Performs other logistics related tasks, in accordance with personal knowledge and skills
Requirements:
- BSc or MSc degree in related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- MS Office proficient
- Fluent English
- Proactive, well-organized, and result-oriented person
- Commitment to quality, efficiency, and accuracy at all levels of the process
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment required
