

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Office Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our office. This role involves overseeing facility maintenance, managing vendor relationships and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The Office manager will also be responsible for supervising the reception area and providing day-to-day administrative support.
- Ensure office maintenance and health & safety compliance
- Manage vendors, contractors, and facility services (cleaning, catering, waste, etc.)
- Oversee repairs, inspections, and space planning
- Handle reception, visitor logistics, and travel arrangements
- Maintain office inventory and manage procurement
- Support admin tasks and company events coordination
- A University Degree in Business Administration or another related field
- At least 3 years managing office and site related administration tasks in similar role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to maintain focus and efficiency in dynamic situations
- Ability to direct and optimize processes
- Advanced computer skills and MS Office / Microsoft 365 proficiency
- Fluent in English
- Valid driver’s license
