Software Project Manager

ON-SITE, Monday - Friday with flexible start between 7:30 - 9:30 AM.

We are looking for: Software Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer requirement analysis and maintenance, quickly and accurately analyzing and understanding customer software requirements, providing timely feedback and estimated development cycles, and assigning specific tasks to engineers.
• Responsible for the overall planning of software development for the project, managing software development progress, and organizing R&D personnel to analyze and solve difficult problems.
• Coordinate work and resources, externally responsible for liaising with customer needs and issues, internally responsible for coordinating and communicating cross departmental resources such as software, hardware, and project managers to advance project progress.
• Responsible for project software development, problem resolution and follow-up, risk identification, progress control, and accountable for project software quality.
• Handle the relevant tasks of the project, report the project status regularly, discover and follow up on the risk tasks of the project, and control risks.
• Participate in project-related meetings, organize weekly meetings related to software, and important problem analysis meetings.
• Be responsible for coordinating and handling the needs encountered by relevant personnel during the project.
• Follow up on the original factory's case issues.
• Handle related tasks assigned by the department.

Qualification requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical/Electronics/Communication
• 3 - 7 years experience in relevant industry - embedded system development.
• Experience with cellular modules is a plus.
• Experience in software project management.
• Good English skills.
