Software Sales Associate (Junior)

We’re hiring a Junior Software Sales Associate to join our growing international team.

This is a great role for someone who’s proactive, ambitious, and ready to combine marketing knowledge with B2B software sales experience.

You’ll work closely with our Sales and Marketing Leads to find and convert high-potential clients, learn how to present tech solutions with impact, and manage the full sales process—from lead generation to closing.

What You’ll Do:

• Research and identify new leads in international markets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to run outreach campaigns.
• Present our software solutions to prospective clients via calls, demos, and online meetings.
• Write short posts for LinkedIn and other business platforms.
• Appear in short video updates, product walkthroughs, or webinars when needed.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Learn negotiation, sales strategy, and how to navigate B2B decision-making processes.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

 What You Bring:

• University degree completed or near completion (economics, technical, or management background preferred)
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Strong communication skills and a professional presence
• Comfortable being on camera for videos and presentations
• Willing to write content for social media (e.g., LinkedIn posts)
• Proactive, structured, and results-driven mindset
• Driver’s license (B category)
• Willingness to travel when needed
• Genuine interest in marketing, sales, and SaaS/tech products
• Previous experience is not required—we value attitude and willingness to learn
