Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers to set up appointments for the sales representatives in the hotels industry.
- Handle objections and provide clear explanations to set up appointments effectively.
- You will be setting appointments on a virtual embyroment
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in B2B, or outbound sales is required.
- Fluency in Spanish with professional-level verbal and basic english for trainin purpuses
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a goal-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude and customer-focused approach.
- Availability to work during business hours in the Central European Time Zone (CET). Weekend if required.
Technical Requirements:
- Internet Connection: Minimum 10 MB download and upload speed. Must use a wired LAN connection (wireless and data cards are not acceptable). Latency must not exceed 100 ms (testable at speedtest.net).
- Computer Specifications:Processor: Intel Core i3 6th Gen or better / Ryzen 3000 series or better.
- RAM: 8GB or higher.
- Headset: USB-connected headset to ensure high call quality.
- Reliable Ethernet Connection: Required for consistent performance during working hours.
