We are looking for:

Strategic Project Officer works closely with all directors, supporting them in both strategic and operational matters and is responsible for managing and executing special projects.

Tasks

Coordination & Task Management

• Leading meetings and workshops with good planning and coordination
• Close collaboration with other departments within the company and the assistants of the other locations
• Independent handling and process design of special topics
• Responsible coordination of company-wide topics and cross-location topics when necessary

Reporting

• Collecting and processing information while observing subject-specific documentation
• Preparing decision-making documents both content-wise and formally, including necessary research and data analysis
• Introducing, designing, and further developing standardized, meaningful reports and slide decks for internal and external stakeholders

Projects

• Conceptual and methodological development of project assignments
• Independent management and execution of local and cross-location special projects in collaboration with local and international sites
• Cross-functional project management

Other

• Participating in location budget planning and KPI definition
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of the location as part of the CIP (Continuous Improvement Process)

Requirements

• BA degree or relevant experience on similar position
• 1–2 years of professional experience in an industrial company desirable, possibly as a trainee, preferably in international management
• International experience desired
• Strong knowledge in project management
• Fluent English skills; additional foreign languages desired
• Excellent IT skills (MS Office, job-specific software)
