For one of our clients – an international company, leading game developer providing player- favourites to the most successful global brands in the iGaming industry, we are on a lookout for confident and energetic people for the role – Stylist Team and Inventory Operations Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the daily operations of a dynamic Stylists Team, ensuring a smooth workflow and an inspiring, high-performance environment;
- Take ownership of inventory processes — maintaining accurate stock levels, analyzing trends, and supporting smart decision-making;
- Shape team success through effective scheduling, attendance management, and thoughtful planning that keeps operations running effortlessly;
- Play a key role in developing talent by leading onboarding, training, and supporting performance growth across the team;
- Drive continuous improvement by reviewing and enhancing existing procedures and contributing fresh ideas for greater efficiency;
- Bring creativity and collaboration to the forefront by organizing workshops and supporting special company events;
- Provide valuable insights through clear, well-structured reports that help guide strategic decisions and elevate overall team effectiveness.
Requirements:
- A professional qualification in hairstyling, make-up, or a related artistic field — your craft and expertise truly matter;
- Experience that counts: at least 2 years in stock management and 1 year in a leadership or coordination role;
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken, enabling seamless communication across teams;
- Solid computer skills and confidence in using digital tools for planning, reporting, and team coordination;
- A sharp eye for detail and exceptional organizational abilities to keep processes running smoothly;
- A positive communicator with great interpersonal skills, capable of supporting and motivating a diverse team;
- A collaborative mindset, comfortable working with different departments and external partners to achieve shared goals.
