Description:
- Coordinate tasks on construction site according to priorities and plans;
- Produce schedules and monitor attendance of crew;
- Allocate general and daily responsibilities;
- Supervise foreman, team leaders and subcontractor team leaders;
- Ensure manpower and resources are adequate;
- Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met;
- Supervise the use of machinery and equipment;
- Report on progress to managers, engineers etc.
- Resolve problems when they arise;
- Report on progress to the Construction manager.
- Review the execution drawings /details required by construction team for steel or concrete structure when the PZI design is uncomplete, erroneous or not coordinated with others trades.
Requirements:
III / IV level degree, construction, technical or other appropriate, 10 years of work experience in the same or similar work, organizational skills, knowledge of English language.
