Supply Chain Coordinator

On behalf of our client Geodis, one of the leading companies operating in the field of logistics and international transport, we are looking for dedicated and motivated candidates for the position of: Supply Chain Coordinator

Location: Belgrade, New Belgrade

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and organized individual who will be responsible for the entire transport and distribution process. The focus of this position is on efficient management of shipments and containers from the moment they are loaded onto the ship to the last mile transport, i.e.,  transport of the client’s shipment to distribution centers across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and organizing transport of client shipments within Europe.
• Monitoring the status of shipments and containers after loading onto the ship, coordinating sea transport and further transport to distribution centers.
• Controlling and issuing instructions to carriers, defining routes, costs, and priorities.
• Proactive communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Managing urgent requests, escalations, and resolving issues within deadlines.
• Preparing reports and providing support during periods of increased workload.
• Supporting the finance team in order validation and invoice verification.
• Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and client standards.

Required Qualifications:

• IV level of education (high school diploma or equivalent)
• Experience in planning and organizing road transport
• Knowledge of specific aspects of sea transport
• Advanced English language skills (written and spoken)
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
