For our factory in Niš, we are looking for a Supply Chain Manager.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Supply Chain Manager at Vossloh MIN Skretnice in Niš. The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for the Supply Chain team
Job Description

• Oversees and coordinates supply chain activities in VMS 
• Controls the flow of procurement processes, production planning, inventory management, and finished goods export 
• Implement the company's supply chain strategy 
• Develops a master plan in coordination with the operations manager based on forecasts 
• Responsible for monitoring inventory and orders, aligning production planning and business activities 
• Manage inventory of materials and finished products 
• Supervises inventory and material supply processes according to defined specifications
• Organizes SIOP monthly meetings and provides training to supply chain team members as needed
• Analyzes monthly production plans
• Monitors and analyze material inventory trends
• Performs other tasks within the Supply Chain as directed by the immediate supervisor

Requirements

• University degree in mechanical engineering, other technical fields, or economics
• Experienced candidate with at least 5 years of experience in the same or similar position, preferably in a multinational company
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication skills
