TA Specialist

This is a full-cycle recruitment role responsible for planning, sourcing, selecting, hiring, and onboarding both white-collar and blue-collar candidates in close collaboration with internal teams.

Job Description:

• Interview process: Organize and lead the full cycle recruitment process for blue-collar and white-collar departments
• Planning and Collaboration: Work closely with production and project teams to plan hiring needs based on schedules, project progress, and employee turnover.
• Recruitment Channels: Expand sourcing strategies through job portals, educational institutions, and school-company cooperation projects.
• Background Checks and Hiring: Conduct background checks and issue timely employment offers.
• Onboarding: Support new employees in quickly integrating into the team and work environment.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• College degree or higher education level.
• At least 3 years of recruiting experience in both white-collar and blue-collar recruitment
• Fluent in English and Serbian.
• Good PC skills and strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong teamwork spirit; respectful and appreciative of others.
