Talent Management Coodinator

Your job

You have a central HR role and are the linchpin when it comes to identifying and developing our internal talent. In this role, you will make a significant contribution to ensuring that the Zumtobel Group continues to have the best employees and managers in the right positions in the future.

•  You support the administration and supervision of the talent pools and development programs.
• You coordinate and monitor the processes of Young Talent Management (trainees, apprentices) as well as HR development and ensure a smooth workflow in close cooperation with your HR colleagues.
• You organize interviews and development centers, support your colleagues in the preparation and follow-up of these and in measures to increase the visibility of our talents in the organization.
• You collect relevant talent management KPIs, monitor them and help derive improvement actions.

Your profile

• You have a completed degree (FH, Uni, etc.) or a comparable education - ideally with a focus on HR.

• You are familiar with common Microsoft Office applications.
• You have very good English skills. German skills are an advantage.
