Join us as Technical Lead for Drink Equipment, where you will ensure Coca-Cola HBC’s drink equipment is always installed, chilled and fully operational at the point of sale: directly enabling great in-store execution and delivering the best possible customer experience, every day.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and optimize technical service activities related to drink equipment (refrigerators, coolers, installations and withdrawals).
- Coordinate repair and maintenance plans with our external service providers based on demand plans.
- Ensure external service partners have the capacity, technical capability, and compliance with necessary standards.
- Decide on repair level (low / medium / high) or equipment withdrawal, in cooperation with the Quality Control department.
- Monitor field service work and on-site installations performed by external service providers and define corrective actions.
- Track and manage supplier SLA performance and service quality.
- Resolve technical service complaints related to drink equipment and ensure timely solutions.
- Monitor repair and maintenance costs and ensure alignment with the budget.
- Work closely with CDE, Field Service and external partners to proactively address operational challenges.
- Plan and oversee repair controller activities in the warehouse and in the field.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum high school diploma.
- Program proficiency in Excel and Access.
- Knowledge of English language.
- Driver's license (B).
