
Technical Sales Manager
- Managing and growing strategic accounts in industrial IoT, measurement, automation, smart energy, and related sectors
- Identifying, qualifying, and closing new engineering services opportunities for embedded SW/HW development and IoT system integration
- Building a strong pipeline of opportunities across Europe and the US markets
- Consulting with technical teams to shape customer requirements and create compelling proposals
- Leveraging and expanding RT-RK partnerships with silicon vendors (e.g., Qualcomm, NXP, TI, Qorvo, Silicon Labs, Infineon, Espressif, etc.)
- Collaboration with ecosystem partners to co-sell and jointly promote engineering services
- Supporting channel partners and enabling channel-led sales of RT-RK services
- Representing RT-RK at key embedded industry events such as embedded world, electronica, SPS, and other relevant tradeshows
- Mapping market trends and competitive landscape in Edge IoT and embedded systems
- Growing RT-RK’s sales network through targeted outreach, networking, and structured business development activities.
- Owning the full sales cycle: prospecting → qualification → solution shaping → proposal → negotiation → closing
- Working closely with delivery and engineering teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and execution capabilities
- Reporting on KPIs, forecasts, and pipeline health.
- Academic education (BSc or MSc degree)
- 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in embedded software, embedded systems, IoT, or related engineering services
- Proven track record selling complex technical engineering projects (preferably IoT/embedded domains)
- Strong understanding of embedded HW/SW development workflows (MCUs/MPUs, RTOS/Linux, connectivity stacks, multiprotocol gateways, etc.)
- Experience with industrial or enterprise technology customers (automation, energy, instrumentation, telecom, consumer electronics, etc.).
- Ability to engage with engineering directors, product managers, CTOs, procurement, and R&D teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally (tradeshows + client visits)
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Understanding of IoT standards and connectivity: BLE, Thread, Matter, LoRa, NB-IoT, OPC-UA, industrial protocols, etc.
- Experience co-selling with semiconductor vendors or module vendors
- Knowledge of both services and products sales models
