Job description/Responsibilities:
Soudal Balkan together with its partner Antikus are seeking a professional technical sales representative to join our dynamic team in Serbia. The technical sales support will report to the Sales Manager for Balkan and play a critical role in driving sales for foams, glues and sealants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow project sales accounts within the building materials and sealant sectors.
- Work with customers in selling foams, sealants, adhesives, or related products.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by identifying key sales objectives, spotting new sales opportunities, and creating accurate sales forecasts.
Engage in sales activities such as:
- Client visits
- Phone outreach
- Participation in trade seminars
- Product demonstrations and presentations
- Provide excellent communication and negotiation skills to foster strong client relationships.
Competencies:
- Planning & Organizing: Ability to manage time and sales processes effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong customer service orientation.
Profile Qualifications:
- Experience: Experience in the sales of building materials or sealants/adhesives is advantage
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Serbian
- Education: Secondary school, bachelor’s degree is advantage
- Other: Drivers license category B
