Technologist (Electrical Engineer)

Location: Kragujevac

The Technologist will play a key role in ensuring an efficient and high-quality production process. This position involves monitoring technological parameters, improving production flows, supporting continuous optimization, and collaborating closely with production and maintenance teams to ensure stable output and technical excellence. We are looking for an operational, curious, and technically oriented individual with a strong hands-on approach. The ideal candidate possesses deep technical affinity, enjoys solving practical problems, and is motivated to master machines, processes, and production systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Understanding and applying parameters for initiating production cycles across different technologies
• Regular monitoring and control of production process parameters, and reporting on achieved performance indicators (waste, material consumption, productivity)
• Proposing improvements and optimizing processes using innovative methods to enhance machine performance
• Identifying recurring issues, determining root causes, and implementing corrective measures
• Creating, updating, and distributing technological documentation, including product specifications and bills of materials
• Opening material and product codes in the Pantheon ERP system
• Maintaining and archiving technical documentation for equipment, machines, tools, and instruments
• Ensuring adequate stock of spare parts and timely ordering
• Calculating material consumption norms and time requirements for preparing offers
• Organizing and monitoring the production of initial series and samples
• Participating in resolving customer and supplier complaints and implementing corrective actions
• Contributing to project documentation creation, feasibility studies, and risk analyses
• Participating in the preparation of quality system documentation (FMEA, Control Plan, SPC) and internal audits
• Supporting measurement and monitoring activities within the organization, including statistical analyses
• Monitoring customer satisfaction metrics and audit results

Qualifications

• University degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
• Work experience is not mandatory; motivated junior candidates with strong technical mindset are welcome
• Good command of English language (required)
• Strong computer skills; knowledge of Catia/AutoCAD is an advantage
• Driver’s license (B category)
