Job description:

  • Develop and implement standardized business and manufacturing processes;
  • Lead product and manufacturing process improvements through engineering changes;
  • Monitor, report, and respond to results of components and finished goods results of process;
  • Investigate and resolve issues impacting product quality and customer satisfaction;
  • Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions resulting from non-conformances;
  • Make sure TOYO quality systems implemented and followed;
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators and supporting data collection systems;
  • Work with production on continuous improvement activities;
  • Disposition non-conforming product when required through the TOYO standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical, Rubber or related field
  • Manufacturing environment experience (3-5 years)
  • Understanding and use of IATF, APQP/PPAP, FMEA’s, 5WHY, DMAIC
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills
  • Computer skills and familiar with Microsoft Windows, Office, SAP applications
  • Ability to effectively plan activities
