We are currently seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist, Tier 2 to join our team based in Serbia. Our ideal candidate is an enthusiastic Technical Support Specialist and problem-solver equipped with strong technical knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members alike.
As a Technical Support Specialist you will resolve complex client issues, providing high-level technical support, and contributing to our client’s and team’s overall success. You will work closely with both customers and internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of technical problems, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced technical support for customers facing complex issues, via Helpdesk application, email, online chat, or phone.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to software, hardware, and networking.
- Collaborate with other departments, internal and external, to ensure a cohesive response to customer inquiries.
- Document and escalate issues to higher-level technical teams as necessary.
- Keep accurate records of all interactions, transactions, and actions taken to resolve customer issues.
- Stay updated with new product launches, software updates, and technology trends to better support clients.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the technical department.
Work Hours & Benefits:
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, shifts between 08:00 am to 00:00 am Europe Local Time.
- Emergency On-call after hours and weekends required on a rotational schedule a few times per month.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technology or help desk support role.
- Diploma in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Excellent command of English language, both written and verbal.
- German language proficiency preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and technical proficiency.
- Highly developed soft skills, including teamwork, adaptability, and communication.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Certifications in relevant technical areas are a plus
Location:
- Training period of approximately 4 weeks which will be held during standard day-time hours – combination of remote and in office. After the training period, work location will be a mix of occasional in-office and remote/hybrid work locations (Belgrade Serbia – city center).
- Candidates are required to be located within a reasonable commute to Belgrade city center (less than 90 minutes).
