If you join our Publishing team as a Third-Party Content Associate, you’ll collaborate with companies worldwide to offer various paid features on our platform. (For example, if an airline wants to publish a paid press release in our newsletter, you would help with that ?.)
In this role, you will be contacting potential clients from all over the world, including the Americas and the UK, meaning that you occasionally have to adjust your working hours for meetings.
You will be based in our Belgrade office and have flexible working hours (you can start from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. and work for 8 hours).
In this role, you would have the opportunity to work for a company that operates globally but is not a corporation. We could be a great fit if you value proactivity, independence, and flexibility.
We are looking for someone to join our Publishing department in an entry-level position. Since it is an entry-level position, there are plenty of opportunities to grow and advance. But you've got to start somewhere ? You can apply if you are a student or have already started your career, but keep in mind that it is an entry-level position with responsibilities suitable for a junior.
What you'll be doing:
- Discovering, qualifying, and researching new leads to help the sales of third-party advertising content on the ch-aviation
- Analysing online and print media specialised in aviation industry advertising
- Leading sales processes in cooperation with VP Publishing, processing advertising contracts, issuing insertion orders and invoices
- Managing and developing advertiser relationships
- Issuing monthly campaign statistics reports, following and analysing advertising reach to provide the best outcomes for client content
- Ensuring all promotional materials are up to date (such as the ch-aviation media kit, advertising landing page, etc.)
- Cooperating with VP Publishing on third-party content strategy at ch-aviation
- Cooperating with Sales and Marketing teams on client relations and media partnerships
You are the person we are looking for if:
- Your English is excellent, and you have no issues communicating in English (on a call, in person, or over email).
- You are curious about B2B sales and third party content performance
- You want to invest your time researching the market and identifying potential leads.
- You can think critically (assess a situation from different angles while having a bigger picture)
- You are no stranger to the Microsoft Office suite and have already had experience with business communication (student jobs, real jobs, volunteering experience)
- You know how to stay focused and are independent in your work
- You understand the importance of teamwork
- Most of all, you would like to be a part of the aviation industry (it can already be a passion of yours, or you can be motivated to join; you’ll tell us all about it in your cover letter ?)
