About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Track & Trace Specialist to join our dynamic team in New Belgrade. This is an on‑site position ideal for someone with at least one year of experience in logistics, tracking, or a similar operational role.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and internal teams to provide real‑time shipment updates
• Identify and resolve issues or delays in the delivery process
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date tracking records
• Collaborate with the logistics team to improve tracking processes and overall efficiency

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in track & trace or a similar logistics role
