Track & Trace Coordinator

Expedited Trans is family owned, fast growing, stable, reliable transportation company. XLOX is The representative office based in Belgrade. We have been in this business for 12 years and we value integrity and loyalty. We are running 70 trucks across the USA, brand new, company owned trucks and trailers 53Ft Dry Vans and more incoming. Due to the further expansion of the company, we are looking for a new colleague to join us within the Operations Department as a Track & Trace Coordinator.

Requirements: 

• Fluent in English both written & verbal. 
• Spanish language is welcome.
• Able to handle stressful situations.
• Have good personal organization skills and be able to multi-task.
• Have excellent communication.
• Ability to work in all three shifts including nightshift. 
• Must be able to work from the office. (Belgrade) 

Position duties:

• Maintaining track of the fleet’s progress. 
• Entering, maintaining and updating the information in the system.
• Coordinating the pickup and delivery of freight.
• Daily communication and coordination between drivers and brokers.
• Collecting all BOL's & POD's before a driver leaves the shipper or receiver.
• Shipment tracking, making sure we are on time.
• Solving possible load issues.
