We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Specialist for Training & Development to join our team! If you're passionate about growing people, improving performance, and shaping a strong company culture, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Creating, organizing, and implementing training plans and development programs
- Running onboarding and employee evaluation processes
- Create individual and team development plans
- Maintain training records and e-learning systems
- Collaborate with leaders and HR business partners on training needs
- Organize internal/external trainings, workshops and HR events
- Preparing data and reports for audits and yearly performance reviews
- Build strong partnerships with Schools and Universities
- Being responsible for creating and developing Internship and dual education programs
What You Bring:
- University degree (preferred)
- 3+ years of HR experience
- Good English
- Strong MS Office skills
- Familiarity with L&D tools and platforms
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- A passion for learning, development and people growth
- Driving license (B category) is a plus
