Training Manager

Job Summary:

As a Training Manager, you will play a key role in developing our people and elevating our operational excellence. You’ll design engaging training programs, enhance onboarding, and ensure consistent, compliant workflows across all departments. Working closely with leadership, you’ll standardize processes, update SOPs, and empower teams with the knowledge and tools they need to perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and deliver training programs for operational teams
• Conduct onboarding for new hires and ensure smooth integration into the organization
• Update, organize, and standardize training materials and SOPs
• Provide system and process training (TMS, customer portals, Google Workspace, etc.)
• Support compliance training aligned with U.S. transportation and safety requirements (DOT, FMCSA, TSA, and similar)
• Maintain training documentation for audits, compliance needs, and customer requirements
• Coordinate cross-training and scheduling to support workflow coverage and staffing flexibility
• Partner with department leaders to identify training gaps and improvements
• Support interdepartmental communication and knowledge-sharing

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in logistics, freight brokerage, or transportation operations
• Understanding of logistics workflows (tracking, carrier sales, customer service, drayage, accounting, etc.)
• Strong communication, instructional, and coaching skills
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and execute training in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
