We are looking for a motivated Transport Network Planning Professional to join our team.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
- Plan and design access transport network for Fix and Mobile broadband services.
- Support capacity planning and traffic forecasting based on traffic growth and service requirements.
- Work on planning, dimensioning, and optimization of microwave access, optical and backhaul network.
- Be involved in preparation of technical documentation, network plans and reports.
- Support network evolution and technology readiness.
- Evaluate vendor solutions and provide inputs for investment and expansion decisions.
- Support the budget forecast processes.
- Contribute to long-term transport network strategy and roadmap development.
MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree and minimum 4 years of experience in telecommunication area.
- Solid knowledge of transport and IP network systems.
- General knowledge of telecommunication and mobile systems.
- Relevant certifications are considered an advantage.
- Ability to analyse KPIs, traffic trends and performance data to support planning decisions.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Goal and business-oriented mindset.
- Strong analytical, documentation, communication and presentation skills.
- Strong team player, with ability to work independently.
