Glob Metropoliten Tours is an international travel company specializing in corporate and business travel, MICE, and tailor-made solutions. Due to business expansion and the introduction of a new system, we are looking for a Travel Consultant who is eager to grow with us and become part of a long-term project.

Job Description

As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for managing corporate and B2B clients, with a primary focus on air ticketing and hotel bookings, as well as actively participating in the implementation and servicing customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reservation, issuance, and processing of air tickets for customers
  • Handling ticket changes, re-issues, and refunds
  • Booking hotels and other travel-related services
  • Working with B2B CRM and reporting systems
  • Professional communication with clients and partners
  • Monitoring requests, deadlines, and clients’ travel policies
  • Managing customer SLAs in a timely manner

Qualifications and Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Travel Consultant / Air Ticketing Agent
  • Experience working with Amadeus or other GDS systems
  • Strong knowledge of air ticketing procedures
  • Fluent in Serbian and English language
  • High level of accuracy, responsibility, and organizational skills
