Travel & Event Assistant
We are seeking a driven and talented individual to join our team as a Travel & Event Assistant.
In this role, you will be a part of a dynamic team, playing a key role in achieving efficiency and excellent results in everything we do.
Responsibilities
/ Planning, booking air tickets and managing all aspects of business trips (including transportation, accommodation etc.)
/ Assisting in organizing and implementing corporate events
/ Scheduling requests and travel logistics
/ Communication with suppliers and internal and external partners
/ Assisting with costs related to travel and event organization (invoice management)
/ Handle other administrative tasks as needed
/ Streamline daily operations, manage supporting documentation and emails
Qualifications
/ Fluency in English
/ Advanced MS Office skills (strong focus on Excel skills)
/ Understanding of corporate culture and procedures
/ Proactiveness, flexibility, responsiveness
/ Prior experience in organizing business trips will be considered an advantage
