Right now we are looking to hire an experienced Truck Driver Recruiter!

Our new Truck Driver Recruiter Team member requirements are as follows:

• Experience in on this position in US trucking industry, at least 1 year
• Excellent communicational, organizational, interpersonal, sales and problem solving skills
• The ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
• Fluent English (both written and spoken)
• Ready to work the shift 3pm-11pm
• Understanding of MVR, PSP reports, and Owner Operators documentation
• Ability for self and Team motivation
• Ability to multi-task

Truck Driver Recruiter Job Responsibilities:

• Actively source and manage driver leads via inbound and outbound calls, e-mail, social media, resume and other internet databases, and associate referrals
• Contacting potential drivers
• Hiring CDL A (over the road) drivers in the US
• Maintaining contact with departments that provide assistance and support with employment
• Proposing new ideas and introducing innovations in order to improve retention
• Identify current market needs
