Now Hiring: Truck Driver Recruiter (Full-Time, On-Site)
Location: Belgrade, Serbia
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Compensation: Competitive flat salary + bonus based on performance
Are you a people-person who knows the ins and outs of the trucking industry? We’re looking for an experienced Truck Driver Recruiter who can hit the ground running. This isn’t just another HR gig – we want someone who understands what makes a great driver, how to find them, and how to get them behind the wheel.
This role is 100% in-office — we believe teamwork, collaboration, and success happen when we’re all under one roof. You'll work closely with dispatch, safety, and operations to make sure we’re bringing in reliable, qualified drivers who fit our culture.
What You’ll Do:
- Source, screen, and hire truck drivers across multiple platforms\Build and manage relationships with driver leads
- Conduct phone interviews, verify employment, and manage onboarding
- Keep track of recruitment KPIs and hit performance goals
Requirements:
- 1+ years of proven experience in recruiting (trucking industry is a must)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be organized, proactive, and results-driven
- Comfortable working in-office, Monday through Friday, 3 PM – 11 PM
