Job Description:

We are looking for a Truck Driver Recruiter to join our team.
Previous experience in truck driver recruiting is NOT required.
We are open to hiring motivated, communicative individuals with strong sales and persuasion skills. Full training will be provided.

Nice to have (but not required):

• Experience in recruitment, sales, call centers or customer support

Responsibilities:

• Actively search and identify potential truck driver candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assess driver qualifications.
• Maintain relationships with candidates and provide information about the company.
• Track and update candidate information in human resources management systems.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure all driver requirements are met.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ready to work the second shift (3 pm-11 pm), flexible
• On site
• You understand Owner Operators documentation
• Ability to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of the transportation industry and relevant regulations.
