Truck Driver Recruiter

Planet Logistics is a Chicago, IL-based carrier specializing in full truckload, dry van freight. Established in 2020, we quickly became one of Chicago’s most recognized and trusted transportation providers. Having many stable dedicated routes is something our company is very proud of.

We want to expand our fast-growing team with competent and highly motivated candidates for a Recruiter position with long work experience from our office in Belgrade.

Remote work is not an option, all candidates should be ready and able to be present in our office everyday.

Responsibilities:
Respond to and act on various leads and sell driving opportunities
Conduct telephone interviews of qualified candidates
Evaluate and follow up with candidates who meet hiring criteria
Maintain superior customer service with candidates, Internal Departments and Driver Recruiting
associates
Enter and maintain up-to-date information into ATS
Work with Safety and Operations to schedule and on-board new drivers

Driver Recruiter Qualifications/Skills:
Minimum high school degree
Minimum 6 months experience in the USA trucking industry as a recruiter
Fluency in English is a must!
Self-motivated individual with strong sales, customer service, marketing, planning and organizational skills.
