USA Truck Driver Recruiter

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Sourcing, calling, and connecting with potential truck driver candidates
- Handling interviews, screening, and helping new hires through the onboarding process
- Following up on administrative procedures for employment
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
- Working closely with our Operations teams to meet hiring goals
- Maintaining and updating the driver database
- Develop and publish job advertisements on platforms, such as social media and job boards

REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum of 1 year of truck driver recruitment experience for USA - based trucking companies
- Strong communication skills (both spoken and written)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and a good multitasker
- Excellent negotiation skills – you're confident talking to people and closing deals
- Able to work second shifts (3pm-11pm) in our office in Belgrade
