The Role
We are looking for a UX Designer to craft intuitive, engaging, and impactful learning experiences for our cybersecurity training programs. In this role, you will transform complex technical concepts into clear, accessible, and visually appealing designs that help learners succeed in their certification journey (CISSP, CCSP, CISM, Security+, Network+, and more).
You will work closely with instructors, subject matter experts (SMEs), and cross-functional teams—including illustrators, content writers, and developers—to design user-centered digital experiences across multiple touchpoints: slides, student workbooks, assessments, interactive tools, and on-demand class platforms.

Responsibilities
1. Design Learning Experiences
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for course platforms, slides, and study tools.
- Ensure design aligns with user-centered principles, accessibility standards, and brand guidelines.
2. Enhance Engagement
- Translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear visuals, infographics, and interactive elements.
- Design user flows that make it easy for learners to navigate, absorb, and retain information.
3. Collaboration
- Partner with instructors, SMEs, and creative teams to bring educational content to life.
- Incorporate feedback from learners and stakeholders to continuously refine the user experience.
4. Consistency & Quality
- Maintain design standards, style guides, and templates across all training products.
- Test designs to ensure usability, clarity, and learner satisfaction.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or related field
- UX design experience, preferably in e-learning, education technology, or SaaS.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work, especially for complex or technical content.
Design & Technical Skills
- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar).
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and iterative design improvements.
- Understanding of accessibility guidelines and responsive design.
Soft Skills
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with both technical and creative teams.
- Ability to balance creativity with attention to detail.
- Curious, adaptable, and driven to solve problems through design.
