Dynamically growing Serbian subsidiary of a leading Hungarian event equipment & event services company is looking for its Warehouse & Equipment Manager with immediate start.

Requirements:

Proven experience in warehouse manager & equipment maintenance roles

  • Second level of education
  • Independent working habit with strict follow of deadlines
  • Proactive, problem solving attitude
  • Flexible, project minded thinking
  • Experience in daily usage of MS Office & ERP softwares
  • Fluent English language (verbal & written)
  • Forklift driving licence
  • Knowledge of the event industry is an advantage 

Tasks:

  • Ensuring the continuous in- & outflow of equipments of the warehouse
  • Leading a precise inventory with full responsibility
  • Performing regular warehouse stock administration in ERP sofware
  • Proactively perform & organize equipment maintenance and services
  • Equipment loading preparations & packaging
  • Supports the company's director with daily tasks
  • Loading & unloading warehouse stock by forklift (driving licence is a must)
