Our company was founded in 2018 in Shanghai as a solar module and BESS quality control and forward logistics service company.

Recognizing the growing need for specialized end-of-life management, since 2023, we started providing BESS reverse logistics service in China, and our specialties are transportation, commissioning inspection, maintenance, replace, repair, spare parts warehousing, warranty defect monitoring and claim management, and recycling management.

In 2025, we started entering the European market with offices established in Belgium and Serbia.
