Step 2 - Let’s Talk!
Our Recruiters will get in touch to organize an online call or a visit to our office. This interview, which will be with someone from our HR team, usually doesn’t take more than an hour. During this conversation, we’ll try to know you a little better - your background, interests, career goals and aspirations. Remember to use this time to ask us everything you want to know about Centili!
If you pass this step, you will get a brief task to do in the meantime.
Step 3 - Hiring Manager’s Interview
This next step is all about showcasing your skills to our Hiring Manager to the best of your abilities. You will present your task and explain your way of thinking. During this one, one hour and a half long interview, you will show them your most valuable achievements. This is your chance to shine!
If all goes well, next step is also the last one.
